Show Off Smooth Legs with St. Ives Fresh Hydration Lotion

Happy Monday, everyone! Last week, I let you in on how I was planning on making my week brighter by waking up a bit earlier and taking morning showers. It’s been going well so far, but this week is already bright enough because Wednesday is my three year anniversary with Adam!
I met Adam the first weekend I started college, and the rest was history! Our anniversary is the day after Veteran’s Day, so we always get an entire day off to celebrate. Since we’ve both been extremely busy with work and midterms at school, we’re actually just going to have a well-deserved rest day together by watching movies and eating treats. He’s not getting off that easy, though… I do still want to go out to a nice dinner!
That means it’s time to break out a cute dress and show off my legs (so much for no-shave November!). Okay, so as the weather has been cooling down, especially at night, I’ll admit I’ve sort of neglected my legs. Luckily, I’ve discovered a lotion that is so easy to use, I have no excuse to deny them moisture anymore.

The St. Ives Fresh Hydration Lotion is one of the new spray body moisturizers that have hit the market recently. I’ll admit I was skeptical at their effectiveness at first, but I’ve always been a fan of St. Ives body care so I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt.
As a part of the new Even & Bright collection, it contains grapefruit extract and Vitamin C to help even out skin tone. 100% natural moisturizers, including shea butter and glycerin, leave the skin hydrated without a greasy feeling.
The lotion sprays continuously as a generous stream that lets you target exactly where you want to apply it. The texture is pretty thin, so it starts absorbing into your skin immediately. You just need a little rub to get it all soaked in. The formula is really lightweight, but does a great job at leaving my skin soft and smooth without a heavy feeling of residue. It also has a refreshing fragrance of grapefruit, orange, lime and the soft musk of patchouli that lets me skip the perfume altogether!
The St. Ives Fresh Hydration Lotion has convinced me that spray lotions actually do work, and are pretty convenient for quick application and smooth skin. It’s available in drugstores for around $7. Now I can strut in my cute dress with confidence knowing my legs are looking fresh as ever, which I’m sure Adam will also appreciate!

Hmmm this sounds divine! I actually am a big fan of spray lotions. Just for a quick spray down before I head out. Not necessarily my routine when I hop out of the shower. I want real power with butters and oils then. LOL. Have a good date night!!
