Happy weekend, squad! Today we’re talking about the last skin care product I used on my skin, one that I reserve for weekend pick-me ups: Saturday Skin Rub A Dub Refining Peel Gel.
This gel works magic on my skin, especially when I’m feeling super dull and uneven. The enzymes and peptides in the formula helps you rub away dead skin, impurities, and built up gunk to reveal a smooth surface and major glow. I shared it on my Instagram last week, and got so many questions about it! It’s made with papaya and bromelain and helps speed up the skin’s regeneration process. Not only is it smoothing, but it also helps increase collagen and elasticity and brightening any uneven tone.
It’s made such a difference for me this season, eliminating my dry patches and extending the glow from my chemical peel. I think this is an awesome maintenance product between facials to keep the results lasting longer. I particularly love how you can see the gunk coming off your face as you rub the gel in– the dead skin and impurities pill up into small debris that you can easily rinse off. You can get the Saturday Skin Rub A Dub Refining Peel Gel for $28 at Sephora. The bottle is a good size, and you really don’t need a lot. Plus, you shouldn’t exceed using this more than twice a week so the $28 will stretch a long way.
