I love me some value sets. Makeup kits that include several items, which normally cost a lot to purchase separately but together are sold for a reasonable price… they’re the best! I’ve been particularly obsessed with a new one from Kohl’s: the Billion Dollar Brows Best Sellers Kit.
This set includes four of the brand’s most popular tools (full sized) to create the best brows you’ve ever had: the Universal Brow Pencil, the Brow Duo Pencil, a smudge brush, and brow gel. I can honestly say that since using this set, my eyebrows haven’t looked this well-groomed in a long time (ever?).
The Universal Brow Pencil is a thin twist up with a spoolie on the opposite side. The pencil shade is a light taupe with grey undertones, which will work for a large range of hair colors and skin tones. The color very realistically mimics brow hairs and the shadows they would make, so you’re left with a natural looking brow. I start out my current brow routine by using the spoolie to brush out my brows, then start shaping and filling them in with the pencil.
The Brow Duo Pencil and smudge brush are probably my favorite items in the set. One side of the pencil is a concealer, the other a highlight, both with a creamy consistency and opaque color transfer. For an every day look, I apply the concealer right under my brow to clean up the shape, using the smudge brush to blend it out. The highlight works well for a more dramatic lift.
The brow gel is a clear and very lightweight formula. This helps give that finishing touch while ensuring your brow hairs don’t go roaming where they’re not supposed to be. I really like that it helps maintain the shape without making your brows look or feel stiff. This is my last step in getting “billion dollar brows.”
I think the Billion Dollar Brows Best Sellers kit has seriously upped my brow game. When purchased separately, these items would total around $68. However, the whole set is available at Kohl’s for only $34.99 (so each product averages just under $9 each)! I love how my brows look when using these products; I’ve already got a back up for when my current set is used up.
