Is it me, or have beauty trends sort have gone rogue lately? We’ve had cold girl makeup, glazed donut nails, and now latte makeup. If you’ve been paying attention though, you’ll realize the trends only have new names– not new concepts.

Okay, okay. Let’s get past the ridiculous name, because this look *is* actually gorgeous on nearly everyone. If you’ve been trying to recreate the look, check out these drugstore makeup picks that fit the theme.

Drugstore Latte Makeup Eyeshadow Picks:

ColourPop Deja Brew Eyeshadow Palette – I love how well balanced this brown-toned palette is. You get five creamy matte shades and four intense shimmer/metallics that can glam up any look. Overall, this palette does lean a bit cool toned.

Covergirl Clean Fresh Clean Color Eyeshadow in Golden Toffee – For a warmer take on the trend, try this quad from Covergirl’s vegan line. It’s super simple to use and the gold will make your looks shine.

Drugstore Latte Makeup Eyeliner Picks:

essence Stay & Play Gel Eyeliner in But First, Espresso – This is my favorite brown pencil eyeliner. I use it in the water line, I use it for smoky liner, I even use it with a brush to create sharper wings with! It’s super blendable but once it sets, it stays put.

Maybelline Hyper easy Brush Tip Liquid Liner in Pitch Brown – If you prefer a liner application, this is the product for you! The brush tip is very precise and can give you a perfectly pointed wing. The shade Pitch Brown is a blackened brown– it’s dark without being as harsh as black liner.

Drugstore Latte Makeup Face Picks:

e.l.f. Luminous Putty Blush in Barbados – Create a dewy cheek using this buildable cream blush formula. Depending on your skin tone, Barbados may pull more bronzey or more copper.

Pixi On-the-Glow Bronze in BeachGlow – Get a sun kissed appearance even once he season’s changed with this hydrating bronzer. BeachGlow is the deepest shade, a mocha brown, but some of the other shades could even be used as a blush.

Drugstore Latte Makeup Lip Picks:

Milani Fruit Fetish Lip Oil in Coco Cacao – Lip oils are having a moment right now, and for good reason! You get a gorgeous wash of color in an ultra hydrating formula with a glossy finish. Coco Cacao is a sheer brown.

Milani Color Fetish Matte Lipstick in Desire – Another pick from Milani, but I had to include my favorite matte lipstick formula! Desire is a warm chocolate brown, and the velvet matte finish is long lasting and comfortable.

Maybelline Lifter Gloss in Crystal – One of my go-to drugstore glosses, the Lifter Gloss contains hyaluronic acid and is cushy, not sticky. Crystal is a sheer brown with a ton of golden shimmer that reflects in the light.

  1. I love your latte look. Actually I absolutely love all of your looks. How would I do a Latte look using Wet n Wild products?

    1. You could choose similar products that are in brown tones from Wet n Wild! Walking on Eggshells or Go Commando would be good palettes from them to try for the trend.
