It’s been a bit since I’ve covered the Ulta Beauty 21 Days of Beauty sale event… the deals just weren’t really wow-ing me last year. But, the sale is back for Spring 2023 with some major highlights that are definitely worth grabbing at up to 50% off!
Out of all the beauty deals going on for Ulta’s 21 Days of Beauty, these 13 are my picks for what not to miss– and what I’m personally adding to my shopping list. Keep scrolling for my recommendations!
Sunday 3/12
Tarte Maneater Mascara – $12.50 (reg. $25)
Tarte makes some amazing mascaras, but mascara in general is not a product worth splurging on because of how often you replace it compared to other products in your collection. At this price though, it’s definitely worth treating yourself to this ultra-lengthening and separating formula.
MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot – $12.50 (reg. $25)
This is a holy grail in my collection and is on my list to buy this time around! These cream eyeshadows are budge-proof. I’ve used the shade Painterly as a primer for years. It helps enhance my eyeshadow shades while extending the wear for all day, crease-free performance.
Monday 3/13
Urban Decay vice Lipsticks – $10.50 (reg. $21)
Urban Decay Vice Lipsticks have an incredibly comfortable, yet high-impact formula. They last really well and have a range of neutral to bold shades.
r.e.m. beauty Midnight Shadows Eyeshadow Palettes – $12 (reg. $24)
If you’ve been wondering about Ariana Grande’s makeup line, this is the time to take the plunge! Her highly-rated eyeshadow palettes are on sale and they’re on my list to try. The reviews say the shadows are super pigmented and easy to blend.
Friday 3/17
Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Gels – $11 (reg. $22)
Both the clear and tinted brow gels from Anastasia are included in this sale at a price that makes them comparable to drugstore products. Their tinted brow gels actually have a pretty strong color to them, so they’re versatile for both natural and more glam makeup looks.
Wednesday 3/22
Black Owned Brands (Juvia’s Place, Uoma Beauty, BeautyStat Cosmetics)
Select products from Black Owned brands will be on sale today, including one of my faves– Juvia’s Place. Several of their lipsticks and glosses will be 50% off, and I highly suggest the Lip Reflect Gloss. It’s very creamy and smooth with decent color payoff.
FOREO Bear Mini – $109 (reg. $219)
I own the full size version of this device, but the mini still packs a punch! The Bear mini is a microcurrent device that stimulates the face muscles and deeper layers of the dermis of the skin to counteract common symptoms of aging. I’ve had great results with it particularly for the expression lines in my forehead!

MAC Prep + Prime Fix+ Primer & Setting Spray – $15.50 (reg. $31)
It’s a makeup cult favorite, though one I never got around to trying! On my list: this primer/setting spray duo locks in your look for day-to-night wear. It’s alcohol free, gives the skin a hydrating glow with slight shimmer, and is available in 4 scents.
Tuesday 3/28
Grande Cosmetics GrandeBROW Brow Enhancing Serum – $36.50 (reg. $73)
I’ve only heard great things about the Grande Cosmetics brow and lash serums, but that price tag– eek!! This is the steepest discount I’ve ever seen on their GrandeBROW, which is supposed to deliver fuller brows in 6-8 weeks.
Saturday 4/1
Lancome Lash Idole Lash Lifting & Volumizing Mascaras – $15 (reg. $30)
This is my absolute favorite high-end mascara, but way too expensive for repeat purchases at full price. While I’ve identified a drugstore dupe for it, it’s nice to grab the original from time to time! It adds dramatic-yet-natural length, even volume, and keeps my straight lashes curled and lifted.
Kylie Cosmetics Velvet Lip Kits & Eyeshadow Palettes – $16 (reg. $32)
I’ve always been a fan of Kylie’s lip kits, and they’re truly a steal at $16 considering you’re getting two full size products inside. I could definitely use a re-stock on a few shades, but I’ve also been interested in trying her eyeshadow palettes! Reviews say the shades are buttery and highly pigmented.
tarte Shape Tape Full Coverage & Ultra Creamy Concealers – $15.50 (reg. $31)
I was going back and forth on whether I’d recommend Shape Tape in 2023. The full coverage concealer had a moment when glam makeup was the norm for everyday wear. However, even with minimal makeup trends, Shape Tape can come in handy for covering stubborn blemishes or dark spots for a more even complexion.
