REVIEW & SWATCHES: Zoya Summer 2014 Tickled Collection

It’s HOT.Β Last week, we hadΒ an extremely random (andΒ early) heat wave here in Los Angeles that is giving us a little taste of what’s to come for Summer. Luckily, the weather is starting to even out to a beautiful 75 degrees, but I’m itching for summer break now more than ever! I’ve only got two weeks of school left… although vacation won’t be the same now that I work every day.

It seems like we were talking about new spring releases in the beauty world just a second ago, but lo and behold we’re moving right along into next season’s trends. To kick us off, I’ve got the Zoya Summer 2014 Tickled Collection– six gorgeous, eye catching creams.

Zoya Summer 2014 Tickled Collection - Wendy Swatch

Let’s start off with my favorite shade of the collection, Wendy. A melon pink that will compliment a range of skin tones, it makes a statement without being too loud. Also, it matches my blog almost perfectly. πŸ™‚

Zoya Summer 2014 Tickled Collection - Tilda Swatch

Another standout shade and favorite of mineΒ isΒ Tilda. I’ve really loved working green into my looks,Β lately. This colorΒ isΒ refreshing and reminds me of soft grass fields.

Zoya Summer 2014 Tickled Collection - Kitridge Swatch

Kitridge is your staple bubblegum pink shade. Completely opaque in just two coats, this polishΒ is so easy to work with and will compliment your hard-earned (or sprayed on) tan.

Zoya Summer 2014 Tickled Collection - Rocha Swatch

A really unique shade,Β Rocha is a very warm redΒ that will have you reaching for your sunglasses!

Zoya Summer 2014 Tickled Collection - Ling Swatch

When I’m feeling particularly saucy, I love rocking a good blue on my nails.Β Ling is what I would consider a gum-ball blue that isΒ vibrantΒ and totally opaque in just oneΒ coat!

Zoya Summer 2014 Tickled Collection - Rooney Swatch

To round out the collection, we haveΒ Rooney,Β a medium magenta that reminds me of the Barbie Jeep I always wanted as a little girl.

The Zoya Tickled collection shades are all so creamy and easily hug the nail for an even application. You can get full opacity and a high shine finish inΒ two coats,Β but many looked great with just one! These are certainly going to be some of my most-reached-for shades for the next few months. You can purchase them for $9 each on Zoya.com.

Which shade would you wear most?
