Quarantine Self Care Survival Kit (All from Amazon Prime)
Being stuck at home can be emotionally draining, so picking up a few things to keep yourself comfortable, intellectually stimulated and active will be worth it to make quarantine a little more bearable. Here are a few quarantine self care products that are currently available on Amazon Prime. Keep in mind that there may be delayed delivery due to Amazon prioritizing essential items and Fresh orders. I tried curating products that are still in stock and have several variations available for shipment within the week.

1. L’Oreal Pure-Clay Mask ($7.72)
One way I’ve been relaxing during the chaos is at-home facials. I’m expecting to come out of quarantine with glowing and clear skin! This mask from L’Oreal is made with pure clay, red algae and volcanic rock to exfoliate and smooth skin while minimizing the appearance of pores.
2. AmazonBasics 1/2” Extra Thick Exercise Mat ($18.68)
I have this mat and it’s been a great help in transitioning to at-home workouts. It’s extra thick and works on top of carpet, wood or tile floors to provide cushion. Whether you’re doing pilates, a HIIT routine or yoga, this mat will help create a functional active space.

Make working from home a little more comfortable with this heated massage seat cushion. It works on your office chair, on your couch, or even in your car for when we’re allowed out again! It has six vibrating motors to help loosen you up, and heat therapy with three settings to target different areas.
4. Amazon Essentials Women’s Jogger Pant ($20)
Stay comfy while still getting dressed by choosing athleisure outfits. These jogger pants are soft and stretchy with two pockets and an elastic drawstring waistband.
5. Speed Jump Rope ($10.99)
Jumping rope has been an easy way for me to get cardio at home without a lot of space. 30 minutes of skipping rope gets heart rate up and those calories burned!
6. Dr. Teal’s Foaming Bath with Pure Epsom Salt ($4.87)
Taking bubble baths has been my favorite way to unwind and release tension. This foaming bath formula contains pure epsom salt that soothes the body and nourishes the skin.
7. Bathtub Tray Caddy with Book & Wine Holder ($34.99)
To stay entertained in the tub, I use this bath caddy to hold my tablet and glass of wine. My Friday night guilty pleasure is a heavy pour of Cabernet and Jersey Shore reruns in the bath.
8. Weighted Blanket ($45.99)
Weighted blankets are said to help ease anxiety. This one looks particularly promising as it’s machine washable and has several weight and size options. Currently, only some options are available for shipping ASAP (such as 15 lbs in the Queen Size).
9. High Waist Yoga Capris with Pockets ($22.98)
You can work out in them, but they’re also just an easy at-home outfit essential: yoga capri pants are versatile enough to get a lot of wear during quarantine and beyond. These ones have pockets for your smartphone, too!
10. Amazon Audible Subscription (Free Trial)
Now is a great time to tackle those books that have been on your to-read list forever. Audible is currently offering a free trial, including two free titles if you’re already a Prime member! Listen to bestselling novels, Audible Originals, or non-fiction motivational reading to help you get through this time.
11. Chunky Knit Open Front Cardigan ($26.89)
It’s like you’re getting dressed, but you’re kinda sorta still in a robe…
12. Bottled Joy Water Bottle with Filter ($18.99)
Not sure why everyone opted to hoard plastic water bottles, when filtered pitchers and bottles are a much better choice. While most water filter pitchers are out of stock right now, you can still get reusable water bottles with a built-in filter that you can fill straight from your faucet! You can replace the filter after three months to ensure you always have clean water.
13. Jenga Classic Game ($10.27)
If you’re getting a bit screen fatigued, take a step back and play a classic game of Jenga with the family. It never gets old!
