Fitness Gift Guide: 10 Workout Gifts for Her
I’ve been a certified gym junkie for the past couple years, successfully sticking to my New Years resolution of being regularly active. As I’ve gotten into the groove of my fitness routine, I’ve slowly accumulated my favorite workout gear to streamline my gym sessions and look great doing it!
I’ve got a ton of fitness gifts on my own wishlist, which I’ve included in this gift guide along with tried and true go-tos of my own that I swear by during my workout sessions.

1. Apple Watch SE ($279.99)
My Apple Watch is my best fitness companion due to the advanced tracking abilities. I get to see so much information about my activity throughout the day… plus I can answer texts or change the song in the middle of my workout from my wrist!
2. Leef Organics Revive CBD Balm ($30)
For sore muscles and joints after a particularly challenging workout, CBD balm does wonders! I started using it for relief after intense hikes and it works quickly without needing to take painkillers. Just apply it straight onto the skin over sore spots!
3. LifeSky Yoga Pants with Pockets ($16.99)
Capris are my favorite style since they can be worn year round, and these ones even have pockets to keep your phone close hands-free. The high waisted style provides tummy control and comfort while doing activities. They’re also available in full-length and in multiple color options.
4. Schwinn IC4 Indoor Cycling Exercise Bike ($999)
This was something we gifted ourselves last year, and I don’t regret it for a second. The Schwinn IC4 exercise bike has been called the “Peloton Killer” as it can still connect to the $12.99 Peloton App (and other fitness apps) but is a fraction of the price. Plus, you’re not locked into any one platform… and if you just want to ride and watch Netflix, you can do that, too.
5. Simple Modern 1L Summit Water Bottle ($19.99)
I prefer taking a nice long sip of ice cold water when I’m hot and sweaty after a workout. This water bottle keeps drinks cold for so long! I’ve even filled it up with ice at night, and the next day it still had intact ice cubes inside! It just makes for a more refreshing hydration during exercise.
6. FlipBelt ($32.99)
My favorite running accessory, the FlipBelt gives you a place to store all of your important carry-alongs while you run. This is a soft and stretchy running belt that you step into to wear, so you don’t have to worry about uncomfortable chafing or pinching. Perfect for outdoor runners, it includes a slip pocket with a key attachment (big enough to fit my iPhone 11 Pro) and a zip pocket to secure small items.
7. TOZO T6 Wireless Waterproof Bluetooth Earbuds ($39.99)
Bluetooth headphones can make a workout so much more enjoyable, since you’re not tethered to your phone or other music device. These come in a variety of colors, and I love how the case charges up the buds every time you put them away, keeping them topped off until your next charge.
8. Chirp Wheel+ Foam Roller ($49.99)
This simple yet effective fitness tool is perfect for stretching and getting that “ahh” feeling after a workout. This yoga wheel also comes with a free workout guide in both paper and digital format so you can get the most out of it.
9. Handio Jump Rope with Built In Digital Counter ($10.99)
Jump rope is one of my favorite at home and on the go cardio exercises. It can be done anywhere, and it’s easy to store away! This rope has an LED display built in to the handle, showing your timer and calories burned (you can input your weight for a more accurate read).
10. Massage Gun ($49.99)
Another recovery must-have, this massage gun is a personal favorite and I love it for my shoulders, back and legs. It comes with ten attachments for different massage feelings, and can be set to thirty adjustable speeds.
