7 Affordable Amazon Beauty Products I Can’t Live Without
Amazon has become my one-stop for online shopping year after year, and it has become an unexpected source of some of my favorite beauty finds recently. In fact, many of my most used beauty products are from Amazon!
These affordable Amazon beauty must haves are staples in my routine, from skin care to hair tools. Keep scrolling for more details on why I love these finds!
1. YANIBEST Satin Sleeping Bonnet ($18)
You may have heard about the benefits of a satin pillowcase, but I personally prefer sleeping in a satin sleeping bonnet in order to reduce frizz and breakage, and maintain my hair style overnight! Especially as someone with curly hair, sleeping in a bonnet helps maintain definition, moisture and shine overnight. This bonnet has a slouchy beanie look and an adjustable band for comfort. It stays on and doesn’t give me headaches!
2. JUNO & Co. Clean 10 Cleansing Balm ($15)
Cleansing balm is my preferred method of removing makeup, as it really melts everything off easily– even waterproof mascara! The Juno & Co. Clean 10 Cleansing Balm quickly became my favorite for it’s simple formula (only 10 organic ingredients), which has proven to work well with my sensitive and acne-prone skin. It doesn’t leave residue, and it leaves my skin feeling hydrated but clean.
3. Tweezerman iLashComb ($12)
One of my best kept makeup secrets, this eyelash comb helps separate clumped up lashes and remove excess mascara. If you’ve gone one coat too far, or your mascara formula is acting clumpier than normal, this can save your whole look by separating and fanning out lashes. Be careful— the metal comb is sharp, and you do NOT want to poke your eye with this! This has been a life saver when my mascara isn’t performing well but I want to salvage my makeup.
4. Catrice True Skin Hydrating Foundation ($10)
My favorite budget friendly foundation is an Amazon exclusive here in the States, but can be found in drugstores in Europe. The Catrice True Skin Foundation offers medium to full coverage in a lightweight and hydrating formula. It has a natural finish that doesn’t look heavy at all, and lasts on me about 12-16 hours depending on primer and powder I use.
5. FUNTOUCH Rechargeable Travel Makeup Mirror ($25)
One thing I find super frustrating while traveling: hotel lighting. It’s always so dark and yellow, which isn’t the best environment to apply makeup in. This travel makeup mirror is slim, with a cover that folds back into a stand for table top use. The best part is the built-in lighting, though. It’s bright (but dimmable) with several temperature settings– warm, cool, and daylight.
6. Hawwwy Spiral Bobby Pins ($9)
If you love buns, you need to convert to spin pins, or spiral bobby pins. Instead of just sticking straight pins into the base of a bun, these twist into your hair giving you extra security for all-day, headache-free wear. I find them particularly useful for my thick hair, because they actually keep my heavy buns in place all day. I’ve used them for exercise, I’ve used them for wedding updos.
7. Mineral Fusion Brush-On Sun Defense ($15)
The SPF you put on in the morning under your foundation is not enough. I repeat: you need to be re-applying SPF every 2 hours to maintain protection against the sun. The best way to do this over your makeup is brush-on SPF powder! This one from Mineral Fusion is super easy to carry with you, as it has a retractable built-in brush that the powder flows through. I don’t find it to make my makeup cakey, and also helps absorb oil!
This post is actually very informative for me as I am looking to buy. Do you know about the Best Electric Facial Gua Sha to buy from Amazon?
