REVIEW: My Favorite Brushes from Crown Brush

    favorite crown brushes

My brush collection has been rapidly expanding, mostly due to one brand! Crown Brush has a plethora of both natural and synthetic brushes for really affordable prices. Their synthetic brushes are cruelty free as well, so vegan beauties out there can also find something to add to their collections. Today I’m going to share reviews of my four favorite brushes from Crown Brush.

     infinitybronzer

C452: Infinity Flat Bronzer– I picked this puppy up at the BeWell Expo. I really wanted to experiment with different brushes for applying my foundation. I had been using the e.l.f. stippling brush for about a year as my preferred brush. However, the Infinity Flat Bronzer is by far my favorite brush for applying liquid foundation now. It’s extremely soft and spreads the product evenly around the face, simultaneously blending it flawlessly. ($12.95)

     sableshader

C415: Deluxe Sable Shader– This is probably the most perfect flat shader brush. The Deluxe Sable Shader is tightly packed and the bristles are on the stiff side, so it is excellent for really packing on color to the lids. This brush works really well with loose shadows and pigments because the product stays on the outside instead of being absorbed into the bristles, which happens with more loosely-packed brushes. I find that I get less fallout when applying shadows with this brush, as it really picks up the color, holding it on the brush until you apply it. ($9.95)

     chiselshader

C408: Chisel Shader– The Chisel Shader is a great smudging brush to use when creating smokey eye looks. It smudges and blends out eyeliner effortlessly. Since it’s on the smaller side, it’s really easy to work with around your lash lines to apply shadow as eyeliner. It’s one of the softer smudge brushes I’ve used, so I don’t feel like I’m scratching at my eye when trying to blend. ($3.29)

    angeledblender

C419: Angle Blender– The Angle Blender is so soft, and has a flat angled top that is perfect for blending shadows onto your brow bone and in the crease. I love using this brush for blending out harsh lines, but it also does well for applying color because of the flat side. A great, versatile brush for many uses, this one! ($3.95)
