My Beauty Wish List

So maybe it’s a little early, but I’ve already started to compile my wish list for the holidays. It’s not exactly finished, but I figured I might as well jot things down and bookmark links while they are fresh in my mind, rather than trying to recall on the fly when someone asks what I want in a couple of months!

I was going to post a fall makeup tutorial today, but the whole thing shot out of focus and I got really frustrated, so instead I’m going to share with you some of the beauty items I’ve included on my wish list. Hope you don’t mind!

    L’Occitane Aromachologie Repairing Mask:

I’ve heard really great things about this hair mask, and I’m still looking for that *miracle product* that will breathe life back into my hair. This mask is supposed to repair and protect hair from damage caused by heat treatments plus natural stress from the environment and sun. I am a really big fan of L’Occitaine’s skin products, they smell amazing and make my skin feel like heaven. I’m hoping it will do the same for my hair!

    Miss Jessie’s Curly Pudding:

Another hair product! Gabriella from gloss & gab recommended this product for curly and thick hair, which doesn’t even begin to describe my situation. The pudding can supposedly turn naturally unruly, frizzy curls into beautiful shiny locks. I can rarely wear my hair curly because it’s so stubborn and doesn’t style well in its naturally curly state… so I’m hoping the Curly Pudding will be able to tame them so I can let up on the heat styling!

    Real Techniques Starter Brush Set

It’s seriously about time I get some new brushes! I’ve been using my BHCosmetics set for a long time, with the occasional addition of a couple e.l.f. and Body Shop brushes. I’ve heard some great things about the quality of brushes by Real Techniques, so I’d love to try out this starter set that comes with a base shadow brush, crease brush, accent brush, eyeliner brush and brow brush.

The Body Shop’s Tea Tree Skin Care Kit

I recently discovered what exactly tea tree oil is and what it’s supposed to do, and I can’t wait to try this miracle in a bottle! Tea tree oil can be used for a lot of different things, such as acne spot treatment, antiseptic for cuts, lessening symptoms of a cold or flu when added to the bath, dandruff, and so much more! Anyway, the Body Shop’s Tea Tree line is targeted to blemish fighting and I am really curious to see if it works as quickly and effortlessly as all the online reviews state.

I’m going to be adding many more beauty items to my wish list, and I’ll update you when it gets closer to the holidays. When you start compiling your holiday wish list, I encourage you to add products you’ve never tried before! Getting beauty goodies as gifts is a great way to broaden your horizons without financially taking a gamble. Although this has bitten me in the butt, when my grandma bought me a whole Josie Maran argan oil gift set that I fell in love with, but all of the products are way out of my price range to re-purchase. Wah!

Have you tried any of these products? What are some things you’d include on your beauty wish list?

    1. I use L’Occitane Aromachologie Repairing Mask with the conditioner twice a week to keep my hair soft and moisturized. it keeps my kinky coiled hair so soft and healthy. this is a staple hair care product for me!

    2. I have a Real Techniques brush I picked up to try the line. Super impressed and I plan to buy more.

I have a HUGE Sephora wishlist, I regularly refer my husband to it, when he is in need of inspiration. 😀
