The Cutest Spring Nail Art Ever featuring Leticia of Cosmetics Aficionado

♫ Happy Birthday to ME, Happy Birthday to ME, Happy 21st Birthday Dear Miranda, Happy Birthday to ME! ♫

That’s right… today’s the big day! Since I had an early call time this morning for a special beauty video I’m filming (more on that later), I didn’t get to go out at midnight like originally planned… so I’ll be celebrating later today. While I go crazy, Leticia from Cosmetics Aficionado is taking over to share the cutest spring nail art you’ll ever see. Take it away, Leticia!

The sun has been peeking out more and more lately, and that is definitely putting me in the mood for Spring. I am trying to work towards getting better at painting animals, so I decided to do a scene out in a field. I thought sheep might be a good place to start, and even threw in a wee little bunny.

I started with a base of Zoya Mira, and painted my design with acrylic paints. If you haven’t tried using acrylics, then you should really give it a try. I’m still pretty new to using them, but Ceramcoat acrylic paints are my favorite at the moment. I find them much easier to control than polish; they dry quicker, and they are super cheap. The only learning curve is figuring how much to thin them out with water.

Have you attempted any Spring nail art themes lately?

    1. I loved the nails! I haven’t trying any nail art yet, I did just get in a nail art tool and a couple of China Glaze nail lacquers, I shared these items in my latest blog post, so I plan to try some. It should be interesting since I can barely just paint my nails with one color…LOL! Happy Late Birthday! Miranda!!!
